BizChunk is an online learning platform that delivers bite-sized business education covering startups, marketing, finance, product, and technology. We offer a free tier and, in the future, paid subscription plans.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use BizChunk. Provide accurate information when registering.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse BizChunk — including scraping content, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans (when available) are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Paddle, our payment processor. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on BizChunk — including articles, case studies, illustrations, and design — is owned by BizChunk. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
7. Disclaimer
BizChunk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content is always accurate, complete, or up to date. Content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizChunk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
